We can, of course, help you update your billing address and delivery address for your order if it has not yet been dispatched. To change your billing or delivery address contact us via email info@eklektiq.com.

If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, it is unfortunately not possible for us to change the delivery address.

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order if you change your mind. Returns are at your own expense and risk. Items must be in original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Do you offer refunds for damaged returns?

If a returned item arrives to us damaged, we only offer a 50% refund. Please pack your return carefully and consider using a tracked shipping service.
