Order Processing Time

All Eklektiq products are made to order. Once your order is placed, we prepare it for printing and shipping.

  • Processing time: 2 to 4 business days

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

Please note: Processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.


Fulfillment Locations

We collaborate with printing partners around the world. Your order will be printed and shipped either from:

  • Our main office in Poland, or

  • The nearest available printing facility based on your shipping address

This global fulfillment model helps us deliver your order faster and more sustainably.


Shipping Carriers

We use trusted international and regional shipping providers, including:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • Royal Mail

  • Blue Dart

  • ZTO Express

  • Other reliable local carriers based on your destination

The carrier used depends on your location and selected shipping method.


Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has shipped, the typical delivery time is:

  • 4 to 6 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary by destination

  • Customs clearance or unforeseen local courier delays can extend delivery times


Express Shipping

We offer express and expedited shipping options at checkout, where available. Rates and estimated delivery windows are displayed based on your shipping address.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Your location

  • The shipping method selected

  • Any applicable customs, taxes, or fees (for international orders)

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.


Tracking Your Order

All orders come with tracking information.
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

If you haven't received tracking details within a few days of ordering, please contact us at customerservice@eklektiq.com.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international shipments:

  • Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees as imposed by your local government.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs procedures may delay your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these delays.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Eklektiq is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you realize there’s an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — if your item hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us at customerservice@eklektiq.com. We’ll help investigate with the shipping carrier.

Note: We are not liable for packages lost due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Refused delivery

  • Circumstances beyond our control (weather, customs, strikes, etc.)
