Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Eklektiq (eklektic.com). We take pride in the quality of our prints and packaging, and we want you to feel confident when placing an order with us. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Right to Return – Change of Mind

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it if you change your mind. This applies to all eligible products purchased directly from eklektiq.com.

To qualify:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in original condition.

  • Returns are made at the customer’s own risk and expense (you are responsible for shipping costs).

  • If a returned item arrives to us damaged, only a 50% refund will be issued.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, you must:

  1. Complete the Returns and Exchange Form.

  2. Email the completed form to customerservice@eklektiq.com with the following information:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Relevant contact details

Important: Do not send any items back before receiving confirmation from us. Unsolicited returns may be refused.


3. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

While we carefully pack every order, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Send an email to customerservice@eklektiq.com that includes:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged item(s) and original packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

We typically offer replacements for damaged items. In some cases, additional compensation may be provided. Please note: We do not issue full refunds for damaged deliveries unless a return is initiated and the item is returned to us in accordance with our return policy.

If you do not wish to receive a replacement, you may choose to initiate a return or request an alternative arrangement with our customer service team.


4. Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your returned item(s). Refunds are issued as follows:

  • Full refund: If the item is returned in original, undamaged condition.

  • 50% refund: If the returned item arrives damaged.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We aim to process approved refunds within 14 business days of receiving your return.
